Bard mez now does not overlap with other mezzes (they can both apply to the same mob at the same time)
Necromancer Leech effects cannot be dispelled anymore
Prevent error 09D67FBB when exiting a buff volume that has other entities inside that entered after you
Fix cooldown reduction effects such as celestial strike and round kick
Fix ability prediction to work with bard songs
Don't consider attacks on yourself to be PVP attacks
